Abstract

【課題】均等集水が図れると共に、全体として圧力損失を小さく保てる筒状スクリーンを用いた固液分離装置及びその集水孔形成方法及び水処理装置を提供すること。 【解決手段】微生物を固定化した担体(分離対象の固体)を処理水中に浮遊状態で保持する処理槽の処理水流出位置に取り付けられる担体流出防止装置(固液分離装置)1である。担体流出防止装置1は、担体の流出を阻止しながら処理水を通過させる筒状スクリーン10と、筒状スクリーン10の内部に設置され、且つ表面に多数の集水孔51を設けることで筒状スクリーン10を通過した処理水を集水孔51から内部に導入して両端の流出口53,53から流出させる内筒管50とを具備する。集水孔51は、流出口53,53から遠い位置(中央位置)での内筒管単位面積当たりの開口面積よりも、流出口53に近い位置(両端位置)での内筒管単位面積当たりの開口面積の方が小さくなるように形成される。 【選択図】図2
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-liquid separator, a catchment hole formation method thereof and water treatment equipment, using a cylindrical screen for keeping pressure loss small as a whole, and attaining uniform catchment.SOLUTION: A carrier outflow prevention device (solid-liquid separator) 1 is installed in a treatment water outflow position of a treatment tank for holding a carrier (solid of separation object) immobilizing a microorganism in treatment water in a floating state. The carrier outflow prevention device 1 comprises a cylindrical screen 10 for passing the treatment water while checking the outflow of the carrier, and an inner cylinder pipe 50 installed inside the cylindrical screen 10 and is provided with a large number of catchment holes 51 to introduce the treatment water to the inside from the catchment holes 51, so as to make the treatment water passed through the cylindrical screen 10 flow out of outflow ports 53 and 53 on both ends. The catchment holes 51 are formed so that the opening area per inner cylinder pipe unit area in positions (both-end positions) close to the outflow ports 53, becomes smaller than the opening area per inner cylinder pipe unit area in a position (central position) distant from the outflow port 53 and 53.
