Abstract

【課題】一台で造粒工程と分級工程を実施できる振動式造粒装置10,30を提供すること。 【解決手段】基台11に分級槽12と造粒槽13を一体的に重ねて設置し、造粒槽13と分級槽12を共通の振動源であるアンバランスウェイトモータ18で振動させる。造粒工程と分級工程を一台の装置で行うことができる。装置の小型化が可能となる。所定の粒度にまで成長していなため分級スクリーンを通過する造粒ダストが吸引式空気輸送機15で造粒槽13に戻して再度造粒する。粉粒体原料のロスが無く、製品の歩留まりが向上する。 【選択図】図1
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration type granulation device 10 or 30 in one unit of which a granulation process and a sorting process can be executed.SOLUTION: A sorting tank 12 and a granulation tank 13 are disposed integrally on a base 11 in a superposed state. The granulation tank 13 and the sorting tank 12 are vibrated by an unbalanced weight motor 18 being a common vibration source. The granulation process and the sorting process can be executed in one unit of the vibration type granulation device. The vibration type granulation device can be miniaturized. Granulated dust, which does not grow up to be large one having predetermined particle size but passes through a sorting screen, is returned to the granulation tank 13 by using a suction type pneumatic conveyor 15 and granulated again. A loss of a raw material of a granulated body is made small and the yield of a product is improved.
