Method for identifying thermophysical property of multilayer laminate by unsteady heating



PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for identifying thermophysical properties of a multilayer laminate by unsteady heating, which can identify thermophysical property values even when thermophysical property values of all of materials constituting a laminate sample are unknown.SOLUTION: An evaluation function J with four thermophysical property values as independent variables is defined as J=WJ+WJ, where Wand Ware weight coefficients, Jis an integral value of a square error between temperature rise curve observation data of a rear side of a sample due to step heating and an analysis solution, and Jis an integral value of a square error between temperature rise curve observation data of the rear side of the sample due to flash heating and the analysis solution. When an analysis solution calculated with true values by regarding a first layer and a second layer as copper and aluminum respectively is used as observation data and a heat conductivity λof the first layer and a heat conductivity λof the second layer are varied as unknown parameters, the evaluation function J is shown in Figure, where multimodality is recognized but an extremum is observed. An analysis solution curve group is fitted to a temperature rise curve so as to minimize the evaluation function, whereby thermophysical property values can be determined.
【課題】積層試料を構成する物質の全ての熱物性値が未知の場合にも、熱物性値を同定することができる非定常加熱による多層積層材の熱物性同定方法を提供する。 【解決手段】4つの熱物性値を独立変数とした評価関数JをJ=W S J S +W P J P と定義する。なお、W S 、W P は重み係数、J S はステップ加熱した試料裏面の昇温曲線観測データと解析解との2乗誤差の積分値、J P はフラッシュ加熱した試料裏面の昇温曲線観測データと解析解との2乗誤差の積分値である。第1層目を銅、第2層目をアルミとし、真値で計算した解析解を観測データとして用い、第1層の熱伝導率λ 1 、第2層の熱伝導率λ 2 を未知パラメータとして変化させた場合、評価関数Jは、図に示すようになり、多峰性が認められるが、極値が観測され、昇温曲線に解析解曲線群を評価関数が最小になるようにフィッティングさせることにより熱物性値を決定することができる。 【選択図】図6
