Method and apparatus for identifying thermophysical property values

Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for identifying the thermophysical property values of a material that is difficult to be measured easily. SOLUTION: The method for identifying the thermophysical property values includes a process of measuring the temperature of a body to be measured made of a plurality of materials; a process of performing the temperature simulation of the thermophysical property value of the body to be measured as input parameters; a process of obtaining the temperature estimating expression for estimating the temperature at an arbitrary time for an arbitrary component in the body to be measured with the thermophysical property value from a temperature simulation result as an input parameter; a process for identifying, as the thermophysical property values, the value of the input parameters for giving the minimum value of a design evaluating function comprising actually measured temperature, measured at an arbitrary time for an arbitrary component and estimation temperature obtained by the temperature estimating expression. 【課題】 測定が困難な部材の熱物性値を同定する。 【解決手段】 複数の材質からなる被測定体の温度を計測する工程と、被測定体の熱物性値を入力パラメータとして温度シミュレーションを行う工程と、温度シミュレーション結果から熱物性値を入力パラメータとして被測定体の任意の構成部分の任意の時刻における温度を推定する温度推定式を求める工程と、任意の構成部分の任意の時刻における計測された実測温度及び温度推定式により求めた推定温度からなる設計評価関数の最小値を与える入力パラメータの値を前記熱物性値として同定する工程とを含む熱物性値同定方法。 【選択図】 図1
